The Research Institute for Development Policy and Strategy (IDPS) begins its work in Batticaloa and the Eastern Province to address district-level challenges in education, youth employment, poverty, land governance, social cohesion, and economic opportunity. By developing locally grounded research models, we aim to create scalable frameworks that can expand district by district across Sri Lanka.
